this is common as the VA Bene Travel is paid thru Veterans Healthcare. I’m assuming that you are referring to the account info you have on file with VBA when you receive your disability or education pay. VBA and VHA are two separate VA organizations and the account info isn’t linked together. Once this is explained then they understand. you can go to the VA’s Customer Engagement POrtal to update your file :
To access the site, please go to the VA’s Customer Engagement Portal at https://www.cep.fsc.va.gov. From there, select ‘Payment Account Setup and Updates’, then click ‘Login’ to go to the sign-in page. If you have questions, please call 1-877-353-9791 or email va*******@ma**.gov. You will also need an ID.me login. There are links on the Engagement Portal to establish one.
