Chuck Odom Elected National Chairman of the Conference of State Council Presidents of Vietnam Veterans of America

(Brandon, Mississippi) — Charles “Chuck” Odom, a distinguished US Army Vietnam veteran and recipient of the Air Medal and Combat Infantry Badge, has been elected to serve as the Chairman for the Conference of State Presidents of Vietnam Veterans of America. “I am honored to take on this role and look forward to working with my fellow State Presidents to advance the mission of the VVA,” said Odom. “Together, we can ensure that the voices of our veterans are heard and that we continue to fight for their rights and recognition.”

This significant appointment underscores Odom’s dedication to the veteran community and his tireless efforts to advocate for those who have served. As a veteran of the 199th Light Infantry Brigade, Odom demonstrated exceptional military service and has emerged as a prominent veterans advocate and community leader.

Odom’s wealth of experience in supporting veterans and their families makes him uniquely positioned to lead initiatives that will enhance the lives of his fellow veterans. He is set to pursue several initiatives and projects aimed at engaging the legislative goals of Vietnam Veterans of America. Odom’s leadership will be pivotal in addressing the needs and concerns of his fellow Vietnam veterans demographic and all generations of veterans that have followed.

Chuck and his wife, Toula Zouboukos Odom, reside in Brandon, Mississippi, where they enjoy spending time on motorcycles and boating. Together, they embody the spirit of community and commitment to service.
