Community Care for me is terrible. The VA wants me to give up doctors I have seen for years and see doctors that the VA prescribes to me.
This is a terrible thing to do.
I’m giving up on all of this because I can’t afford all the CO-PAYMENTS.
JUST a few weeks ago I had several test done on my heart and I was told that my AORTA valve was closing. About 2 weeks later I received a bill in the mail for $1200.00.
They want to insert a device to keep the heart valve open.
I can only imagine what the bill I would receive if I had the procedure done.
Anyway, I’m not going to have it done. I simply can’t afford it.
VA, have a wonderful day.
I just don’t see any improvement with the VA.
