I am a Vietnam veteran, when I got separated in 1869 after 3 tours, I checked in with the VA they gave me a blue cardboard card and said what do you want us to do for you. I said absolutely nothing and walked out. 10 years later I went into the reserves and national guard. In 2008 we went to Florida and a buddy of mine told me to see a VSO And than go to West Palm Beach which I did. I was in the system already from 1969. I started receiving benefits I am now P&T. 100% so I advise every don’t be pigheadded and give up applying.
